Mingi Kim

Mingi Kim was born and raised in Ulsan, South Korea. He found his passion for documentary film as an undergraduate at the University of California, San Diego, before joining the Social Documentary Film department at School of Visual Arts. He is interested in North Korean defectors, the unification of Korea, the injustice system, and personal family films.
