A profile of Bella Randle Racklin, SVA MFA Social Documentary Film 2018 graduate, a 2020 BAFTA Newcomers program participant and recipient of a 2019 grant from NYC Women's Fund for Media, Music and Theater. She discusses her forthcoming feature documentary FLOATING VICTORIA, and her time at SocDoc, where she learned to tell the stories of artists, and how to pick up a camera in response to current events.
