Adaeze Elechi
Adaeze Elechi is a Nigerian writer, radio journalist, and filmmaker. She graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in journalism. Her writings have appeared Guernica Magazine, a magazine of arts and politics, and her radio stories have aired on Nashville Public Radio. Her radio documentary, My Mother’s Biafra about her mother’s coming of age during the Nigerian Civil War, appeared in Africa Resource’s JENDdA, a journal of culture and African women studies. She has a passion for telling African stories. She and her pet cacti live in Brooklyn, NY.
